Default TTR Stuck in Port? Dealer Says can't do anything...?

My TTR arrived two weeks ago in Port in Delaware. It was supposed to leave on the truck last friday. Well, Today, Wed. I learn from the dealer that the driver discovered a scratch on the wheel and wouldn't take the car and it's still sitting in port!!! While looking for a replacement vehicle another Audi dealer tells me that the dealer could just tell the port to release the vehicle and deal with the tire later. He also said a lot of TT's are having the scratched wheels and that they are on backorder. I cannot wait any longer!

Anyone else heard of this happening and can my dealer do anything?

Default My dealer told me a similar story....

regarding some other Audi's that were pre-sold.

They had come in minus the floor mats, and the port would not release them. Dealer had the mats in stock, but they had to wait 2 weeks to get them from Germany!
