Turbo Flutter and slight delay-After New Stock Turbo

I wish there were something obvious there. The MAF codes do make one wonder about the replacement MAF. That said though a test run with it unplugged should give you boost if it were the problem. I still wonder about a boost leak somewhere because that has so frequently been the problem with mine but you have checked that. Have you checked the diverter valve to make sure it is sealed closed? A pressure test at the turbo intake hose would not reveal that. ( both sides pressurized). I wonder about those ABS sensor codes too. I have never seen it happen but the ABS can cut throttle ??? I wish I had more. Read the Ross Tech site and learn how to run logs on various blocks. I’m sorry I’m not more educated.

Diverter valve is new, and it originally fixed the flutter issue.
I have both smoked and compression tested.
ABS code is the actual unit. It has new sensors already. I can hear the pump going out. I put in a used one off of ebay, but looks like it's no good. I'll put in a new unit as soon as I figure out the boost issue.

Yes. ECU then chooses default fuel mixture.

Here is the latest news...
I posted the Ross-Tech Auto-scan log on Ross-Tech forum. Member Jack@European_Parts said the ECU has been tampered with! And that I need to get the ECU reprogrammed. I don't know if that is true since there was a time the car did run well...hmmm

So I went to the dealer this morning...they said they didn't do that and I had to buy a new one. I get into it really bad with the worker. Told him that anytime you even buy a new or used ECU somewhere else you have to come to the dealer to get it programmed. I told him off. I think because I am a woman he tried playing me a fool. So I then called the other Audi dealer close to my work and they r going to do it tomorrow.
So once that is re-programmed I will scan and see what comes up. Then I'll start disconnecting the O2s if its still an issue. I suspect this one could be a problem..but not sure.
The saga continues...

It is at the dealership. After 5 hrs of testing, the Audi tech can't find what's wrong with it. The only update I have so far is that the car is only registering 1700 mbar and it should be 1800-1900 mbar.
Looks like I might be riding public transportation til I can save for another used car.

What would cause the car to continue to have the following code? I just changed the O2 again with a Audi one and after about 80miles I get this code.

I have two question.
Where on earth is the fuel pump relay on this car? 2000 Audi TT Quattro 180, ATC engine?
Anyone know where I begin to see if the wire harness from the O2 to the ECU is good.
Thanks,
