UK owners - tyre questions
Do any of you have anything other than Pirelli P6000 fitted? Just curious.
Also I noted that my dealer got the tyre pressures wrong on my car, I read the label on the back of the fuel cap last night which states (36 front, 33 rear - for fully loaded 17"), I had 32 at the front and 39 at the rear - just thought some of you should check. ~(the test was done cold).
Mario.

Mine are Michelin Pilots and the pressure was correct at 36 front and 30 rear. Seem good in both the dry and the wet.
I'm surprised that not all cars come with the same tyres for the UK, any suggestions as to why not? Mine was delivered 1st Sept.

I have a 225 with the 17" Competiton wheels, this is also fitted with Pirelli P600's whilst at the dealers I checked two other cars one 180 with 16" rims and a 15" rim car both had P600's. I am going to check the pressure's , thanks.

Definitely Michelins. Interestingly enough one of my tyres was on the low side so it's a good job I checked. The other thing I noticed and re-noticed again today was the way the alloys sit in the wheel. I have the 17" alloys and with the Michelins they sit slight sunken about 3-4mm within the tyre which is great as there is less chance of scraping the alloy rims.
Are the Pirellis like this too?
