my tt is now 44450 miles now and I had it done a 40,000 service(last warrant service) in dealer.
usually I only drive it at least twice a week( i carpool with neighbor)... Yesterday morning when I was driving, the "engine oil low" light suddenly on so i returned home and checked the dipstick after cool down. The oil level is pretty pretty low(only 0.6 ~ 0.7 cm hight from the dipstick).

I'm pretty sure I didn't push my car to limit often so i'm wondering if it's related to the oil that dealer put in?

They generally use regular oil for free scheduled maintenance unless you specify (pay) otherwise...

Sounds like it's more related to the oil the dealer didn't put in. Check for leaks and check that the plug didn't get cross threaded and let the oil out. Otherwise, it didn't get filled up.

actually i'm pretty new to this field...
i tried to buy mobil 1 full synthetic, but i also saw they have tri-synthetic...
is that something new? or is it just a better performence oil..?
