Update with the angel eyes. Everything is connected as they asked. I have one question though.

What I mean is, do you have to connect wires 2 and 4 back into the connecter that connects into the headlight. I really hope you understand that. Let me know if that wasn't coherent.

as you see in the pic the wires were cut there but nothing is connected to were

2 and 4 originally went.

I assume your install has the molex connectors. If so, when you unplug the molex connectors do your headlights work OK then?

I bought my angel eyes direct from HN sometime back. I installed them and they worked fine until I ran through a big rain storm. Somehow, the wiring was such that the fuse for my dash cluster blew. Kept blowing until I disconnected the molex. HN sent me new transformers but I have yet to reinstall everything until I have plenty of time to dedicate to this.

It could be something in the transformer that is screwing things up, but unplug the angel eyes and see if the problem goes away.

I am interested to know what you find.
