so the one turn indicator bulb illuminates what used to be...
the orange vertical section on the side of the light assembly? (not the horizontal bar that is now obviously clear in your pics) Maybe i'm thick-headed (HEY! no comments!) but I can't tell if you've replaced the vertical orange side section too, or just the long strip.
sorry... but i've wondered how it would look without all the orange, but not seen one redone like this in person yet.

How did you actually take the headlight apart?
How does it go back together? It looks like some sort of black glue or something, is that it? Is the headlight sealed well enough where water does not get in?
