have ordered the hd's with my Pro-Kit springs. Was told they are identical except for length and completely compatible (actually great if I wanted to return to stock springs anyway). So any input on the Bisteins would be helpful. Thanks.

Default Extensive discussion a few months ago......>>

and I think the concensus was that they are the same except for a 20mm(or so) shorter shaft length. HD's will work with either set-up and are plenty firm (about perfect IMHO), Lots of forum posters went to the HD's (myself included) due to the backorder on the sports and are very happy with the choice.

Default just read the posts and was considering holding off on the Billies....

till the sports arrive. Always something to consider. Not exactly sure which is the best approach as I can always wait if necessary.

Default Lately, seems like if people choose Billies, they have chosen HDs and if I remember discussion,

Dr. Schwing is correct. HDs just a teensy bit longer. You may want to hook up with Terry Griffin and ask him (search his name for phone number) what else you'll need (as in any other accessories) for install

Default decided to go w/the HD's and the Pro-Kit....minor lowering and....

springs designed to be compatible with stock shocks so hd's should be great. Will be here in a week at less than $800.
