Waiting time for service appointments
Bernardi Acura in Natick, MA where I bought the car. Supposedly they only service the Audis they sell and I always get stuff from them saying how I am a "preferred customer". Ok, great. I call up Tuesday and ask for an appointment to my winter tires on. I'm told the next available appointment in November 14 -- over a month away. I say, "it's probably going to snow by then. It can't be more than a 15 minute job. Cant you sneak me in?" I'm told no. I ask if I can be wait-listed for an earlier appointment. I'm told no one is failing to show up so there is no wait list. This is insane. It's easier getting a reservation at a top reataurant in Boston than getting Audi service. Anyone else with similar experiences?

1st appointment - 8 weeks wait, 2nd - 6 weeks ...
I have sent a letter to AoA mentioning that this is not acceptable and mentioned the same when the service survey people called.

Sonnen Motorcars - Got Lucky
Called Sonnen in San Rafael, CA for the 5000 mile appointment. I was at 5600 so they said "just bring it in". I brought it in the next morning right when they opened - 6:30am. They handed me the car back 45 minutes later and I was on the road and into the office on time.
