Warranty expires in July (car has <21000miles). What is the MOST intensive service maintenance
that would include anything and everything? I want to make sure everything is checked and everything that needs to be replaced is replaced before being on my own in regards to service maintenance.

A coolant and brake flush, current rev. DV, check MAF...
Negotiate a severe cost reduction with the dealer for replacing the inst. cluster, tank sensors, or the MAF before 40K miles, after you are out of warranty.
Even bet one of those will go bad by then.
