Default no

unless you do nothing but depend on the sensor to tell you your brake pads are bad.

BTW- It's only on the drivers side.

Default Depends

On how you maintain and take care of your car.
If you're an "Oh ****e, my brakes are gone" kinda guy, get the ones with sensors..

I'm surprised by the people here who still order Mintex.

Default Some have reported problems with Mintex Red Box but YMMV

I ran a set of Red Box pads for 50K miles, normal everyday driving and had no problems. When I replaced them the fronts actually had quite a bit of pad left.

Some have also reported problems with Zimmerman x-drilled. Search the forum. I ended up with Stoptech x-drilled OEM replacement rotors and Hawk Ceramics pads. A noticeable, if slight, upgrade from stock. I don't track the car (yet) so I didn't feel the need to go further.
