as some of you know i had my car chipped by J3 Motorsport about a month ago. i wrote a little review right at first and loved it. now things don't feel so great.

instead of having a sharp boost kick at 3000 rpms, i just have a smooth transition into the boost, also at higher rpms in 4th and 5th gear, the car just doesn't have the pull it had when i first got it chipped.

my forge 007 seems to sound like it is dumping more air back into the intake than it used to. i have a green spring and two shims in it.

any help would be great.

without some Boost Gauge readings...
Your car has adapted since installing the chip and things will always feel mellower. Plus you're now used to it. Power down the ECU (pull the Neg battery terminal for a few minutes) and see if it feels faster again. If so, just normal adaptation...

even if you get full boost (assuming you get a gauge to check for that) your air / fuel ratio could have gotten whacked out. Not likely...but you never know.
When my car was adapting to overly rich settings she was sluggish (felt "smoother"...but to me just lacked snap!)but still delivered full boost.
Could be other things, too.
