Default Do you have the part numbers of what was replaced? There is only one transmission mount

one motor mount, and the dogbone. I am curious if they replaced one side when both were needed? They should have also used new bolts to install the mounts (check the parts list).

You can see what's involved in replacing all three mounts here at the link...<ul><li><a href="http://public.fotki.com/mcphill/audi_stuff/engine_and_drivetrain/vf-engineering-engi/">The link...</a></li></ul>

I scheduled an appointment for tomorrow morning. Is there anything else in particular I should have them take a look at? Can you explain to me what the rear engine mount is. I thought there was only one engine mount in the front.

Default 8N019955E is the transmission mount. The engine mount is 1J0199262. It does look like they

used new bolts for the mount, so hopefully the torqued them correctly. Maybe your engine mount needs replacing as well, or maybe the bolts for the tranny need to be re-torqued (if done incorrectly or if they somehow loosened).

Parts listed at the link:<ul><li><a href="http://public.fotki.com/mcphill/audi_stuff/engine_and_drivetrain/vf-engineering-engi/vfetka2.html">Link</a></li></ul>

I am a little bit confused. When you or others refer to the dogbone mount are y'all refering to the engine mount or something else. How many mounts are there?

If the engine mount is bad or the tranny mount bolts are over torqued or stripped could this cause poor acceleration or not smooth shifting between gears? Just wondering.
