Well...awwwwwriiiiiiiiight! The dealer called, my true blue TT has arrived. Pickin' it up tomorrow!
They will wash it, by hand, nothing else.
And now for something completely different:
Followers of my saga may recall that my brand new set of Bridgestone RE 730 Potenzas remained on my totaled TT, while the crappy OEM 040's sat in my garage. I was trying frantically to swap tires on the car before I left for vacation this Saturday. So I can't take the car off the salvage lot, even at mny own expense. But get this, the girl at State Farm just says "Well, just fax me the invoice for your tires, and I'll cut you a check". Imagine, rather than have me swap the tires on my own time and at my own expense, they would rather just write me a check for $800+. And you wonder why your insurance rates are so high.
I'll post pics tomorrow. I'm picking it up at 2:00 pm
