after a splendid grilled yellowtail, and a bottle of this

I finally finished my bottle of Warre's 10 year old tawny, and proceeded to open THIS (my god! for you port fans out there, this is as good as the 1994, but at half the price):

Oh, and Utah Jake, here I am enjoying one of my Anchor Bar wings prior to the Dolphins hideous game this Sunday at Pro Player Stadium. This one's for you, buddy.

For you sir: The yellowtail was grilled over hardwood, with sprigs of rosemary, drizzled
with olive oil, and with added rosemary (fresh from my herb garden) and lime peel added to the coals as aromatics. Sauteed spinach and mashed potatoes on the side, creme brulee for dessert. Started with a bottle of Villa Maria Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand. Probably my favorite daily drinker white.
