What are the DOs and DON'Ts when I pickup my TT from the dealer

Disable all 12v power drills.
Dealer used one of these to install paper plate. Took it away from him just before he was getting ready to put in second screw. What a dork! One crossthreaded one saved.

Serious Feedback
Look over the paint very closely. Make sure that there are no areas that are not perfect. I have read of some folks who have take delivery to find out there were runs or spotting.
CHeck the rims closely, you never know if they received a little kiss coming off of the truck.
Review the stereo and dash controls. There is some cool things to learn there.
Review the break in period. My dealer left all of that out.
Make sure that the sales guy goes through the entire car. A of A requires a complete tour of all controls.
If roadster, the boot can be a little tricky. Make sure you get proper training.

Tell the dealer to not "detail the car".
Most places use dirty rags or non-random orbit machine polishes that will put swirl marks in your paint. especially if your TT is black.
If it is not too late, call and make sure they don't mess up the paint.
