Default what's up with ttStuff?? Can I vent?? (a little long)

I ordered a small item back in April that was wrong when I recieved it. I informed them via email on 4/20. They don't list a phone on the website. It took them another email from me and over a week to respond. They said they would send a replacement which never arrived. Fast forward to late May and we went through exactly same scenario. Again it took multiple emails and forever before they responded. Again they said they would send another item. That was over 2 weeks ago and still nothing. To be fair, they claim they have answered my emails, but if true I didn't get them. And no, I'm not running a spam filter of any kind. I emailed them yesterday AM and no response. Anyone else had communication problems with these guys? Thanks for letting me vent (like you could stop me : )

Default That sucks!!! I have never any problems with them... I have always gotten..

exactly what I ordered with fast shipping. Hopefully this is an isolated issue and to bad that it had to happen to you. I hope you get it resolved.

Default Ive seldom had an email replied to by them,

Ive had both good and bad service and have never been totally screwed but their communication is POOR. Your experience is IMHO about par for them. I always try to buy elsewere first. BUT... they do have some nice stuff.

Default Ah Crap :(

I wish I had seen this message a week ago. I just dropped a lot of $$$ expecting to see parts in 3 days (BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT I PAID FOR!!!) and it's been a week now. I sent an email earlier today, but it's safe to assume I will never do buisness with them again. I just hope I do eventually get the parts I ordered. If not, you can bet your *** they'll be getting a nasty phone call from me!

Default Hmm...Just placed an order with them...

on Monday via paypal. I emailed them the same day to check on that and they replied me the next day saying "the item will be shipped the very same day the transaction becomes cleared". We'll see how it goes...
