Default Wheel bearing or CV joint?

I mentioned a while back that my car was making a whinning noise around 50mph. Its definately getting louder and I have realized that when I turn left it gets louder and when I turn right it almost goes away. So is this a wheel bearing on the right wheel?

If the answers yes, can these be repacked? Should a decent warranty cover these?

Thanks

Have you checked to see if my girlfriend is in your car? She whines all the time.

At least Im in the car when I crash it. I hear your having problems with the parking brake on hills. So when do you return the focus for your TT. Is it still in the Body Shop?

Default The next time is does it, pull the parking brake (with button pressed, of course) as it's doing it..

If it goes away, like mine, it's most likely the rear brake pads. If not, I would say bearings. If the noise is coming from the front, I have no clue.

Wheel bearing, IMHO. No, they cannot be repacked, about $200
