but there's a rubber thing you can get to keep the 'unbalance' issue
from happening in the rain. I believe it attaches to the valve stem and prevents the water from pooling on the inside.

yeah i've seen that; not sure how well it works but it seems an interesting solution
if it works well, i'm confused why it's not included by the manufacturers of reverse-lip wheels.

They were purchased by Lexani, which now makes their wheels "questionable" IMHO. They did make
<center><img src="http://images29.fotki.com/v6/photos/4/41974/126076/P8030233-vi.jpg"></center><p>some of the most gorgeous, high quality stuff on the market, but there's been a lot of speculation about what will happen now that Lexani has taken over. I've ordered 3 sets, all custom, for one of my buddies cars. These were all "pre-Lexani" wheels. The quality was absolutely spectacular. The only problem at all was wet balance as you mentioned on a set that had 19" centers on 18" outers. But they were great during the summer!
