Default Wheels and Tires- Please Help!!!

Ok, this is long..... I have located a set of wheels I like for my 225/Qtro. They are 18x8 front and 18x9 rear with 225 and 245 tires. Other than the fact a wider rear tire will cause a "push", do you think I am ok with this set up?? Is there anyone with a set up like this?? I have searched the forums, and have used "meems offset" to check the spacers I would need (22mm front/16mm rear). I have Eibach springs (1" lower). I also can just stay with a 18x8 all around if its an issue, I just love the staqggered look. Based on what I have seen, I have ruled out 19" wheels doe to weight, etc. Thanks for any advise.

Default bob (zgtt) has 10's in the rear, but you might have some problems with fitment on some coilovers

probably not on the 9's tho

Default Which begs the question... will 8.5 x 18 BBS CHs handle 245/40s?

Eibachs and Bilstein Sports.

no problem there...and since they're ET30, you should clear the strut in the front

I run 245's on 18x8 Falkens (+35). No problems, no spacers.

Default FWIW, you can get whatever you want in whatever offset you want...

You just have to be willing to pay for it.

My wheels have different offsets, but they're the same width.

I like that because it's a happy compromise between appearance and handling, and I can still rotate my tires (albeit, they have to be removed from the wheels).

But custom wheels (which can be had in rather light weight flavors) aren't cheap...

It's all about what's important to you, really. =)
