where can i buy hubcentric spacer and also have a lip ? for 5mm and 10mm ?

lip on the 5mm spacer since that is narrow enough that you have the hub sticking out and don't need a spacer lip.
The 8, 10, 15 and higher have lips (though the 8 comes with and w/o a lip so make sure to ask for the right one).
