Default Where's the Haldex?

Soo....had my Haldex controller replaced this past Friday, and the tech kept calling it the rear differential controller...I was under the impression that the Haldex was up towards the front or middle of the car...no? So there's one driveshaft that goes back into the Haldex, and then one shaft that comes out of it and goes into the rear diff?

ESP light was on, and torque was biased to mostly if not completely the front wheels.

Default Ooops...forgot to mention what was broke...the Haldex controller died...its a $1200 part

The tech said it had hydraulic pressure monitoring stuff on it, as well as some other electronics.

Default Okay...so somebody diagram out for me how power flows through the drivetrain...

Like...

Engine->Clutch->Gearset->???

???-> Front Differential->Wheels

???->Haldex->Rear Diff-> Wheels

Or...anybody got a pic of the underbody, or drawings of the drivetrain? I'm just not understanding how the Haldex can redistribute torque if its only attached to the rear diff. There has to be some kind of other center differential in place...no?
