Default who here has done a custom down pipe and/or straight pipe? >>>

im thinking about undertaking this project pretty soon, but I just wanted to know the kinds of problems everyone ran into, or just any advice anyone has to give. thanx guys

Default Oh me .... Pick me.........

My only problem is that my cat (when I use it) is a little bit too high flow and the computer doesn't like that.

Default 16804.....main bank catalyst not reaching effeceincy?

or some thng like that...Flow is so good it doesnt heat up the cats as it should...

Default yea..... thats it......

Yep that's the one. I removed the 2nd ox sensor and the cat. So now I just use that wonderful apr fault code clearing program when ever that pesky light comes on.

It was a noticeable difference in a few ways. One exhaust tone, two the car seemed to spool just a hair faster, three it seemed to stay spooled a bit longer between shifts. Oh and I guess technically the car is lighter. All of these are not as great as I had expected them to be but I can't say I would ever be happy going back to the stock set up after this experience.

Default I get that intermittently with 93 oct, but all the time when I run 100 oct...

also all the time with my test pipe.
