Is it will effect HID's leveling when we lower the car ?

You can offset this by manually adjusting them...
there are holes on the engine panels above the lights that corrsepond to directions... just park in front of a wall or something and watch.

if you look above the lights with the hood open
there are 2 reasonably large holes that lead to a pretty large torx screw... the two holes are on the opposite ends of the light housing and have their directional description labeled on the engine panel
