Default Will it hurt TT if I always accelerate?

I feel my car not accelerate as fast as before..is it because I always accelerate and speeding?

Do we have to wait a minute to turn off the engine for the turbo to cool off? the dealer says no need, but the manual book says to wait a minute to two. Is my turbo already worn off?

You probably need to rotate the air in your turbo.

Should I do that too? Clockwise or anti-clockwise?
