Usually what they do is give you a free program or something like that

So you get stock, chipped and valet, for the cost of stock and chipped. I could be wrong though.

No waiting for shipping, no need to pull your own ECU, on hand support for installation, what a deal

It's a bit different if you want a new chipped ECU and

wish to keep your existing. I talked with them yesterday about being at Sebring this weekend and would have driven down for the "process", but, they don't stock the ECU's and would have to had that on order, so maybe if you pre-arranged to have the new ECU there, they could "do ya". Unfortnately, it'll have to be via mail for me.. which means I also have to buy the VAG-COM, etc. and won't have their expertise at installation. I'm on the fence now...
