Looks like Im leaning toward the Dunlop M2's on 16" steel wheels with wheelcovers from Tirerack. What do you guys think ?

I would then go for a better snow/ice tire, rather than performance type...
I used a steel wheel, with an Michelin Artic Alpin, vs. the performance type.
It was freakin' awesome here in Minnesota last season, and we had one of the worst snow/cold winters in a long time.
I got a 205/55/-16 on steelie's, and they worked great.
