A few of us have been flirting with the idea of going to the Woodward Dream Cruise on August 21st... I posted sometime last week to check and see if anyone would be interested, but here I am posting again to see who has even the slightest interest. Assuming there's a decent number of us, we might want to try and have a semi-permanent location for our cars to park if we want to let them rest. Unfortunately, people have figured out another way to cash in on the cruise.

I would join, but I'll be piloting my new ( by my father's bequeath ) 1939 Ford Delivery ( like a Woodie, but with no wood, think milk truck or paddy wagon ) if it gets shipped from CA in time. Maybe Ill have my wife follow me in the TT...

Also, fair warning- Sat nite is parking lot. You may want to think about one of the preceding evenings, especially one of the weeknights....

and yeah... this'll be my 5th trip there...

The parking lot is part of the fun! I don't know about you guys, but I love everything except the tarts who want me to light'em'up, and yelling "I can't. I have AWD" just doesn't work when you're driving past them.

i have NO REASON WHY!

but i'm not sure if i'll be back home in Detroit this August...may be moving out east
