Default Would you park your TT in a garage with a cat? We're staying with my in-laws . . .

for a little while, and they've graciously opened their garage to our cat (not an outside type, and the father-in-law's allergic) and the TT.

I've read horror stories of scratched finishes due to cats, and would like to avoid it as my paint's close to prefect.

What would you do (aside from getting rid of the cat)?

Default our cat got into the garage a couple times. Found fur on the top+paw prints all over

Thank god no scratches (I keep their claws trimmed). Our cat thinks our house is his personal jungle gym. The risk is there for damage I believe.

Is killing the cat the same thing as "getting rid of the cat"? If not, I vote for that.

Keep the cat IN the TT and fill the trunk with litter, that way it will not scratch your paint :-)

Send kitty to a "Cat Motel" or use car cover and lots of duct tape to protect the TT.
