Well....from controlled dynos I've seen on other cars....>
1 psi equals about 5 hp. may or may not be exactly linear though as some of that will fall off as boost rises due to heat. Don't know where you are now, but 22 psi seems a good compromise number. One of the biggest benefits is the smoothness of boost delivery, and the moving of the boost down on the RPM scale.
Because of this the turbo is working harder and more, but no turbo failures reported. Stock overboost and taper failsafes remain in place..

I may peak at 25psig, but will generally have CEL later when not running BM.
If I am really getting anything more out of this car at anything greater than 22 psig, my butt does not feel it.
