Default yup, rears tires losing air

have needed tires for a while now. Guy I know is selling brand new 17" rs4 reps.
Every morning i come out to 2 almost flat tires.
I kinda wanted 18"s... but i may need to just get the 17's for now... he paid $1000 with caps plus $200 shipping... how much should I offer him..
