2009 Audi tt 3.2 6 speed- Catless downpipes are they worth it?
Hello everybody, new to the Audi platform and hope to learn a lot from these forums. My only experience with German cars is a 1986 Porsche 944 I own and a 1967 VW Ghia. This is my first Audi. Anyways my question is if anybody here has installed aftermarket downpipe and exhaust? Did it give any noticable gains with HP?
I would also like to go catless but I don't see any place online that sells mk2 TT 3.2 headers or catless downpipes(any downpipes to be exact). Sounds like I'd have to get a custom job if I cant source anything. Would be appreciated if you guys have a website that has any for sale.
Side note: I've only owned this car for the last 1,200 miles and I started getting a marbles in a dryer sound out my oil cap area... after some research found out that's the most common symptom for a bad timing chain. My Audi has a total of 84,000 miles on it so it's kinda odd it needs one so soon. Can anybody confirm they've had this happen on this forum?
