Default I'm 61, took 3.2 Roadster from VT/Canadian border to mid NH.

My wife and I left at 10:30 AM and got back at 5 PM after driving all day with the top down. It was 65 to 80 degreees and not a cloud in the sky.

Remember, God doesn't take MasterCard and you can't drive your coffin!!!!!!!!!

Hey I'm 55 and this new 2008 Roadster is my second TT. I've added a rear spoiler, performance exhaust and an ECM tune is around the corner.

The wife and I just spent all day today cruising with the top down. I plan on doing exactly this until they take my driver's license away! Go for it and have a ball!

Default YES.

the fact that you've asked this question is proof that you're too old.

Default A co-worker of mine had an Mk1 225. He was 67 when he turned it in.

Dude was always getting tickets too. The car suited him. If you knew the guy you wouldn't even think twice about it. Screw what anyone else says. If you like it, get one. Then drive it like it's stolen.Or you could steal one and drive it like you paid for it?

Default turning 44 on Weds

Got tired of dragging around a few extra thousand-pounds of Range Rover steel for no real reason other than vanity.

Looked seriously at the A-5, but that felt too "Corporate VP" for me - I'm the crazy CEO type, probably should be driving an old Wagonneer with the Yosemite Sam mudflaps.

Went with the 2.0, this car is outstanding in so many ways - my kids sit in the back seats, hatchback, performance, mileage, build quality. Sat at a redlight chatting with a MILF in an '08 TT 'vert the other day. You'll love it.
