Default Cts air intake on 09 tts?

Hello all. Has any one put on a cts air intake and if so were there any issues on installation? Ive only put on new injectors and sparks plugs myself but besides that no real experience when it comes to doing my performance mods myself but figured id start some where. So purchased the intake but no instructions came with the package and on the website you can download some but the link brings you to nothing so no instructions. Just spent about an hr or 2 driving to remove the old and install the new but no luck. Any one with same experience?

I also recently purchased the CTS intake, like yourself I messed around with it trying to get it to fit and wouldn't. It wouldn't sit down in the back by the master cylinder, as it kept hitting on a a canister below it. I ended up sending it back,
and going with the 42 Draft Designs intake.

Though after some research, I found that the piping and canister on my 2010 TTS is whats called a "noise generator". It can be removed, you just need to cap off the port on the DV. Once removed, I'd think you shouldn't have any issues
fittiing it.

Good luck.
