Good Video. Must be very recent, up till now all the 6MT v DSG comparos where that Asian GTi Vid...
Good to see the exact same car, same driver run the cars back to back. The results are what I believe most expected.
At the end of the day .4 seconds doesnt mean a whole lot...its still up to the driver there...we arent talking about 4 seconds ya know...
Where STronic really shines is in the straight line 0-60, 0-100 1/4 mile arena as well.
Good post. Thx.<ul><li><a href="http://youtube.com/watch?v=gmMNRQ1GJ3o">Here is the 6MT vs DSG GTI battle.</a></li></ul>

I have driven an S-Tronic or DSG quite a bit and I dont see it doing anything control wise that one
would not want over a 6MT.
It holds the gear perfectly fine in corners in entry and exit....will hold a gear a 6,000 RPM with no qualms.
One thing people forget is that there is a method and skill to driving the DSG gear box also, from smoother shifts, to holding gears...its not mash and go.
