Default Paging Phil G....? re: leather care

What are you using to care for your nappa leather on your TT? I think I remember you posting about that a while ago but I couldnt find the post. Are you using Spinneybeck (or was it Autoglym)? How are you applying it? Have you tried using a hairdryer when applying it?

Any insight re: seats sagging? *ducks* (I know seat sag has been asked about before, sorry)

Default AUTOGLYM and keep that hair dryer away... yikes. You don't need it.....

Use the hair dryer on your full grain hiking boots with mink oil...

Leather is skin and always remember that. Cold temps dries out skin and pores are closed... By heating while supplying moisture it opens up the pores and hydrates the skin improving elasticity. Applying conditioner on cold skin is less effective as the pores are not as absorbent. This is all speaking from my personal experience and I can't guarantee it will work for everyone as there are other factors that increase the sag in leather. The shape of the seam on the seat is the source of the issue. Other factors include your weight, the position of your seat and what you wear.

Default I agree that the heat can help but only if needed but not with brand new Napa...

Leave the conditioner to soak in overnight...
Personal choices....
