Default Stock Turbines or 18" RS4 replicas?

I can pick up a set of 18" RS4 replicas for ~ 700 bucks and still use the tires I currently have.

If I pick up a set it will either be gunmetal or black which should look pretty good on a silver car with tint.

What do you guys think? Yes or no and gunmetal or black?

Default RS4's - The turbines are nice, but they needed to be directional...

The turbines only look right from one side of the car. From the other, the blades face the wrong direction (thin leading-edge is now the trailing edge. Just looks wrong.

I think the 18" RS4's look too small. Maybe I'm just used to the 19" for that design.

I'm pretty sure I'll go for it. The real questin is black, gunmetal or hypersilver.

Default I'll say black if you go for the 18" RS4 reps..

There was a guy on the Uk forum with the 18" in silver and I spotted it immediately. I could easily tell they were not the 19" and the spokes just looked too small in my opinion.

Default Interesting, do you remember where that thread is that I can check it out?

I'm thinking that black with tint on a silver car could be pretty unique and sporty looking.

Default For those interested here are a few snaps of a TT with 18" RS4 replicas

You can tell a difference but I still think they look good. I'm pondering how they would look black >

Default I decided black would be a bad idea -- Check out this pic from the TTS configuration with gunmetals!
