TTRS Brakes stop great - lots of brake noise

Correct, in this case the left side rotor is the trailing edge drawing the air from the centre of the hub, the correct way. The right side rotor is the leading edge and pushing the air over the hub, not the correct way. The left side is where all the heat is being generated evidenced by the colour of the Ti shims and the excessive pad wear. Still working on it.

Update on my last post about mileage: I am continuing to get better mileage than my previous TTS even though we are back into busier time of the year. This is confirmed by the fact I am going farther between fill ups(same amount of fuel put in), A nice bonus as this car is awesome. I did some conversions since we are metric and it works out to 21 mpg/US gallon for TTRS and 19.3 mpg US for TTS.

I'm not sure if they will fit. Give Loba a call and see. My guess is they will not. The calliper is moved to a different position, but the overall size is the same.
I sold the TTRS and bought an R8 V10, so I'm guessing I will now have new worries.
Enjoy the car. It is an awesome machine and ver easy to track.

I will look at the Loba in the spring, for now the front brakes and pads have been replaced under warranty but the squeal is back. I am told the UK 18" RS wheels will fit, but they are on backorder here and more than 3K for the set. For this winter I have cheap solution that look like the OEM.

Correct, makes no sense. Going to install SS lines to see if that might help. One suggestion was to replace the lines because there might be a fault in it that is restricting the brake fluid from returning to the master cylinder, therefore keeping the pressure on the pads.

I have 20,000km on a 2012 TT RS and have had the squealing brake issue since day 1. Dealer says there is nothing they can do about it. Very embarrassing. When someone new gets in the car, I warn them that I need to brake hard when stopping to avoid the brakes squealing.
