Ugh dealers suck. Why can't they make a customer happy by trading
for a car that a customer wants. Went to my local dealer to buy a TTS. Dealer thought the car I wanted was at port Ibis with black leather, but turned out that it was in Texas. So he called me yesterday told me, but there was an Ibis with black/silver so I said see if you can get that, Nope that dealer won't trade with mine. Ugh.

After all the crap I went thru to get a TTS, I discovered TTS's are a bit of a pain to land right
now.
No worth while leasing programs exist and you'll need a big chunk of money down or look at a massive payment every month. But with that being said, I also found the dealers are just as frustrated because their not selling any! It's too bad,, there's some really really nice TTS's out there right now just sitting collecting dust. I know this might suck but only a little,, just go after (have your dealer help search) for a 09 2.0 Quattro set-up the way you want. Maybe they can find you something close to you're needs and take the trade-in as well. Also from what I've found, dealers are making darn good deals on almost anything else.

Thats the thing, I am happy with the numbers my dealer put together for my TTS
Problem is they can't get me the car. They have 2 TTS there but one of them will sit there for a long time, it is the orange with black/orange interior. It just won't really sell in my area and I am sure no other dealer will want that car. I actually like my dealer and want to buy a car from them. Just sucks that another dealer doesn't want to get rid of their car. You would think that in this economy they would rather get rid of a car in their inventory, to stop paying on that car, order a new one for when it might sell in nicer weather.

If you don't mind me asking... What was your dealer able to do for you, number-wise? I like my dealer, but I'm not so sure that I'm getting a good deal in this market.
