VAG-COM recode for window rolldown?

VAG-COM recode for window rolldown?

I have read of using some VAG-COM or something rather software for recoding the lock/window control module or something of the like on older audis.

Is this possible to do with a 2008 TT? The ultimate goal here is to make some sort of software adjustment to be able to roll down the windows of a 2008 TT using the factory keyfob.

Anyone?

Yes, VAG-COM can re-code the windows. Your dealer can do it too if you ask nice...

is this verified? have you seen it in action before or known someone to have it done to a 2008?

Yes, verified, someone did this not long ago....try and do a search

I think it was only a few weeks ago. Even had the codes needed in the post.

went to one dealer the other day and he couldnt do it... he said that since its an american car it cannot be done... he said his scan tool recognizes that its a US car and will not do it, but it would allow him to if it was a europeon car.
