condenstation inside headlight
hey folks, ive had my 2016 tt for roughly 6 months. today - rainy day, humid - i noticed condensation on the inside surface of my headlight. see pic. is this to be expected? anyone else have this?'

Bummer. Did it dissipate quickly?
If not, I would document all instances of moisture and contact AudiUSA to file a complaint. Should the moisture infiltration get worse, at least you have a paper trail.
FWIW, I kept my MK2 TTs outside and I never noticed that condensation. It must be a gasket not seated properly.

Headlights used to be vented so condensation was normal but not given the modern sealed units.. Take it in for warranty replacement.
I've had even Mazda headlights replaced under warranty for condensation, so Audi ......

Hey guys....was checking the manual for something else headlight related, and found this tidbit on page 40 (left column in gray)....
"In cool or damp weather, the inside of the headlights, turn signals and tail lights can fog over due to the temperature difference between the inside and outside. They will clear shortly after switching them on. This does not affect the service life of the lighting."
