A pricing surprise on the 2020 models

I'm sure you are a good driver, but there is BIG difference between you looking occasionally in the mirror and Side Assist watching 100% of the time. When you change lanes and check one mirror, turn your head to look at the other and then go to change lanes there is always the chance another car is now in your blind spot that wasn't there when you just checked. Side Assist is always watching, always alerting you if you missed a car. Driving in heavy rain and poor visibility also increases the chances you don't see a car with it's light off, regardless of your experience or diligence. Side Assist is the helpful tool that has your back. And lets be honest, we all occasional "forget" to look or just don't see something despite us looking and having mirrors adjusted correctly. The amber light has surprised me more than once, confirming I missed seeing something. It's a pretty valuable tool, no matter your experience level. I drive semi truck and a 53' trailer, so I've got lots of experience checking my mirrors. I still find Side Assist a huge benefit for all drivers.
