Default Sorry for another "Is this a good price" thread, but...

I'm being offered a 2016 Audi TT, sticker of $51k, for $600/month, 36 month lease, 12K a year ($588 for 10K/yr), $0 down (sign and drive).
This sounds like a pretty darn good deal to me, but wanted to see what others have gotten and/or think about this one.
Any feedback would be appreciated.

someone still has a 16 in stock?

what is the residual?

why lease it? It's not a new car at this point

Not sure on the residual, and leasing it to just keep payments down as it is still considered a new car (dealer never sold it).

without knowing the residual, it's impossible for anyone to tell you if it's a good deal

it's a new car in the eyes of the dealer - but it's not new (i.e. try to get a bank to do new car financing on it, I think you'll find they will price it like a used car), which is why I'm curious as to the residual.

And most importantly, what is the purchase price of the car? MSRP?

There are a few factors to know and I can tell you if I think it is a good deal
MSRP
Selling price
Residual
Money factor (interest rate)
Incentives/rebates
Term
Money down/out of pocket
Cap additions

Also does the payment include taxes, dealer fees and DMV fees?

These are all important to know to really calculate lease payments. The dealer must give you the info if you ask for it. Let me know if you get the info and need any help.

MSRP: $50.5K
Selling: $42k
Residual: $29k
B&O, 19" summer, full nav, super sports seats
$588/month 10K/year 36 months
Includes $2k off straight from dealer, then any ACNA discounts
$0 out of pocket. Sign and drive

I don't have any more info than that. Again, thanks in advance for any thoughts.

you dont mention if the price/month includes sales tax or not? Makes a big difference.

Are you an ACNA member yet?

Yup, ACNA lifetime membership for many years now.

Do you happen to know the Money factor aka interest rate?
