White triangle on speedometer?

Default White triangle on speedometer?
Driving home last night, I noticed a white triangle on the speedometer, at the 15 mph mark. Anyone know what that is for? I didn't see it on my morning commute.

Sounds like the "on but inactive" cruise control set point. Should turn red if you resume cruise, should go away if you push the stalk forward and turn cruise off.
