adaptation value help
Would anyone have a list of the adaptation values for the following controller:

I believe that:
+32 means climate control display.
+ 1 means something to the effect of "Documentation Available".
So the sum is 33 which is what you have.
As for the +1: I believe the plan at one point was to have a disk with the operating instructions, or possibly the whole owner's manual available in the MMI. Whether they've ever done this is another question.

There is a manual out on CD but I don't think it is available for the USA (someone in South Africa has one). The option to access the handbook through MMI appeared after I had the MMI upgrade to 2740. Since there is no manual available in the US, if I change the value to 32 (as per Uwe's post) I should be able to get rid of this useless option but still maintain climate control display in MMI? Also, after reading Uwe's post in the C6 forum, I think that I will stick with MMI version 2740 and forgo 3360 (don't want any similar issues). Thanks guys.
