Auto HVAC Fault code

Auto HVAC Fault code
Hi guys,
I have a 2010 A5 and just 2 days ago, I started experiencing weird issues with the air conditioning.
Air conditioning works fine after start up, after about 30mins of driving, it turns off automatically. The A/C light remains on and all fans are working as supposed - only thing is that the air that comes out from the vents are warm.
I did a VAGCOM scan for error codes and (08 - Auto HVAC) threw a 03270 - Limited Ventilation due to Energy Management.
When the VAGCOM is used to clear the code "on-the-fly", without turning off the engine, the A/C issue persists.
However, after turning off the engine and turning it on immediately after, the A/C comes right back (even without clearing the error codes).
I tried goggling and searching the forums but nothing useful came up.
Can anyone shed some light on this issue? Would greatly appreciate it.
