Default Basic question, is right side passenger side?

I am about to fix my ABS sensor, and Vag Com says the open circuit is on the right side.

Thanks

Default Right Side is right as you're sitting in the car.

In the US, that would be passenger's side. In the UK, that would driver's side.

Some systems (such as airbags) will explicitly tell you "passenger side" or "driver's side" for the stuff in the front row of seats where this distinction makes a difference.

Default Unless it's a RHD car - like mine!

Left is ALWAYS left when looking forwards while sitting in the car, and right is ALWAYS right when looking forwards while sitting in the car.
