change speed limit to 155?

change speed limit to 155?
read on ross-tech site that the speed limiter can be changed.. i know it was asked a few pages back, but i'm not really concerned with completely removing it.. just would like to change it to 155 instead of 130.

You are confusing "can" with "can't".
