You should be able to run output tests to verify power to the Air pump and the air injection solenoid.
Your 17539 - Oxygen Sensor can be tested in basic settings, 35 or simply monitoring the sensor. An intermittent O2s may test good in a shop and fail under driving / road conditions. Do not drive while in basic settings.
