DTC 01274 & 01273 air vents only work intermittently...

Default DTC 01274 & 01273 air vents only work intermittently...
ran VAG Com and got DTC 01274 air flow flap motor and 01273 fresh air blower. did output test on flap motor, but vents were not working, so can't comfirm results. anyone had this experience and can shed some light would be much appreciated. probably going to order air blower unit tommorow.

If you ran vag come for the scan then please post the saved scan log or at least the complete fault code from start to finish, every word.
