ECU puts out 5V but sensor only getting 0.5V

ECU puts out 5V but sensor only getting 0.5V
2008 A4 Quattro Cabriolet S-Line
ECU tested as good by SIA Electronics for $90.
Cam Position Sensor is not getting enough juice, so the engine remains in limp-home-mode.
What could be the problem?
My guesses:
1) Defective connector to ECU.
2) Ground problem in wiring harness
3) Wiring problem
4) Defective connector at Sensor.
What else should I explore?
What options do I have?
